This selection of paintings chronicles some of my experiments and explorations that have been made in the studio, unfinished, as I pushed my expressive work into new areas. In much of the work I am painting on highly absorbent, nontraditional materials, primarily cotton bed sheets, which resulted in very beautiful Recto-verso paintings, which I later cut up and sewed together to make large scale sewn-stitched-paintings. As time progressed, I began making work on paper, then stretched canvas, and later, oils on canvas. The work is presented more or less in chronological order.
